This role is the credit conscience of the product. You define the standard the models are held to: what a correct spread looks like, how a covenant should be tested, what belongs in a committee memo and what does not.
What you will do
- Write the reference answers and rubrics our extraction and memo models are graded against.
- Review model output against real credit agreements and reporting packs, and log what fails.
- Translate covenant definitions and policy thresholds into precise product logic.
- Partner with design and engineering on how analysts review, correct and approve work.
What we look for
- Three or more years in private credit, leveraged finance, ratings or restructuring.
- Fluency with credit agreements, compliance certificates and financial spreads.
- Clear written English: you will write the words that ship in the product.
Helpful, not required
- Experience building or maintaining a credit policy or underwriting template.
- Comfort with SQL or Python for checking your own work.
